Opened in December 2008, Greystone Manor was a residential
group home in Lakeville, Minnesota for up to five compatible seniors in a home-style setting. Care was provided 24
hours a day, seven days a week by Home Health Aides (HHAs), supervised by Registered Nurses (RNs). Nestled
in a quiet cul-de-sac on a hill, Greystone Manor offered easy accessibility from Cedar Avenue and from 160th Street.
We have been operating Greystone Manor for nearly two years as
a private-pay, residential group home. We provided 24/7 care to our residents in a beautiful home with all amenities
in a lovely neighborhood. The house and location (developed in 1999) worked well for this line of business. We
have since decided to expand into other home health care and assisted-living markets, and put our Greystone
Manor house on the market. It is perfectly suitable to continue as a residential group home, or with its five bedrooms,
2 1/2 baths, and well-designed interior be an upscale single-family residence.
